Comprehensive List of Groups Accepting Donations and Volunteers for Calamity Victims in the Philippines

I've compiled information about various groups and establishments that are accepting donations and/or looking for volunteers to help the victims of the heavy rains and flooding in the Philippines. For easier browsing of this long list, I've divided this post into two parts: those accepting 1) cash and check donations and 2) in-kind donations and/or calls for volunteers per area.

The big organizations on the list (e.g. Red Cross, GMA, ABS-CBN) accept donations all year round to help victims of various calamities and tragedies throughout the Philippines. If you're located outside the Philippines but want to help, you can do so by sending cash donations. Please do!

  2. First off I would like to say great blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't
mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear
your thoughts prior to writing. I have had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15
minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin.

Any ideas or hints? Many thanks!
